Ampuversary 🥹🎂 today 14 years ago was my amputation. 7 July 2011.
I was born with a fibula defect, my lower legs and feet were deformed and the fibula missing.
I was in extreme pain all the time for 16 years.
- But I was able to walk.
At some point I was faced with the choice: Wheelchair or prosthetics. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was the right one. 🤝
- Then I was able to run.
